For the following purposes:

  1. To hear reports from the Board of Directors of the Burnaby Lake Park Association (BLPA)
  2. To present the financial statements of the BLPA
  3. To review the Constitution and Bylaws of the BLPA
  4. To present the results of the nominations to the Board of Directors
